Teleperformance is hiring graduates for an English Voice account :

Qualifications :

-Graduates students-Fluency in English ( b2/c1)

- Flexible with Rotational shifts ( 2 Rotational days off )

- Max shift for girls 2am ( d2d transportation provided for Females after 11pm )

-Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication and problem

-solving-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and maintain a customer-focused approach

Previous experience in a customer service is a plus
