Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Call Center agent based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves handling customer inquiries efficiently in English, providing exceptional customer service, offering solutions, and maintaining a high standard of communication. The agent may also assist in translating information as needed and ensure customer needs are met with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Customer Service, including addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Skills in English Teaching, Training, or mentoring to assist with customer engagement
  • Translation skills for accurately conveying information when required
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
  • Previous experience in a call center environment or similar role is a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are preferred
