Core Responsibility: Retention agents responsible for retaining customers and upselling and cross selling Dish products, along with assisting customers with their inquiries related to billing and accounts or cancelling their subscriptions
Compensation & Financials
Net Salary: EGP 19,000.00 (Fixed Salary 13500 + KPIS 5500)
Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to 195 Euros (linked to productivity & performance)
Agents will have extra 3,000 EGP allowance based on mainly adherence and utilization / plus sales commission up to 200$ based on sales achievement
Guaranteed Career & Salary Growth
After 6 Months: 10% Increase on Basic Salary
After 1 Year: 5% Increase on Basic Salary
After 18 Months: 15% Increase on Variable (KPIs)
After 24 Months: 10% Increase on Variable (KPIs)
Work Schedule & Shifts
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 4 PM & 5 AM for both Males & females / Rotational Days Off
Training Phase (Paid 50%) and the other (50%) added for the next payment
