Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Chat Support Agent, based in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include providing real-time assistance to customers via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The agent is expected to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex cases when necessary while adhering to the company's support guidelines and performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting common issues
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving and effective decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Prior experience in a customer service or similar role is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
