Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
English Co-Teacher for the KG Stage for the academic year 2025-2026. This role is based at
Madinaty Integrated Language School, New Cairo, and involves working closely with the lead KG teacher to deliver a warm, supportive, and engaging English learning environment for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the Early Years curriculum
- Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and language development
- Assist in observing and assessing student progress, adapting activities to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate in developing instructional materials and resources to enhance learning experiences
- Promote positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support holistic child development
- Participate in school events, ongoing professional development, and team meetings to contribute to the school community
- Maintain health, safety, and welfare standards in the classroom
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, English, or related field
- Experience working with kindergarten-aged children is highly preferred
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, creativity, and passion for fostering early language acquisition and development
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the varied needs of young learners
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and collaboration within the school environment
