English Customer Service (High Level)

Job Description

TP is hiring English Customer Service for a US account. You will be handling customers concerns, payment and billing, and sales for one line of business, You should have solid communication skills to provide excellent customer service.

Full-time, on-site, voice account (Inbound calls), based in New Cairo, Egypt.

We are looking for

• English fluent speaker (B1+ or higher)

• Flexible with rotational & night shifts

• Graduates or Dropouts (above 30 yrs)

• Sales Experience is a Plus

• Net salary up to 21,000K EGP

• Overtime availability paid in equivalent to Dollar

• 195€ Quarter Bonus
