Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt, with the option for some remote work. The representative will handle daily tasks such as managing customer inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include supporting a wide range of customer needs with professionalism and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service roles
  • Skills in delivering superior Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the overall Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in handling customer interactions using technical tools and platforms
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with strong time management skills
  • Prior experience in call center or BPO settings is an advantage
