Role Description Full-time, on-site English Customer Service Representative in Cairo. Responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, processing requests, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role requires documenting interactions, using internal systems, meeting performance targets, and delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service mindset with skills in Customer Service and Customer Support.
  • Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction through active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving.
  • Experience or familiarity with Customer Experience concepts and working as part of Customer Service Representatives teams.
  • Fluent spoken and written English with clear, professional communication skills.
  • Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo on a full-time schedule, including potential shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to handling sensitive information responsibly.
