- Quarterly Bonus:€195 (linked to productivity and performance) + extra KPI incentives!
- Shifts: Rotational shifts between 4:00 PM and 4:00 AM (Males) / Maximum 2:00 AM (Females).
- Days Off: Rotational weekends.
- English Level: Advanced (B1+ / B2 Overall or Speaking).
