Role Description

*EClerx Egypt*

We're hiring Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling) at eClerx Egypt.

*Position Details:*
Customer Care Executive US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling)
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to US-based customers.

*Net Salary:* 18,000 EGP
Performance Bonus:* Up to 48K EGP annually (based on KPIs)
*Rotational shifts,* including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

*Requirements:*
Fluency in English (B1+/B2 Level )
Bachelor's degree preferred .

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills: Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance overall customer interactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • proficiency in English language (B1+/B2)
