English Customer Service Representative

VXI Global is looking for English Technical Support Specialists to join our team in Nasr City, City Stars.

Key Requirements:

• Grad preferably ( Gap years and dropouts can also apply)
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level)
• Flexibility to work night and overnight shifts (first shift ends at 11 PM, last shift ends at 6 AM)

Willingness to work fixed weekends during the initial 50-day training period, and rotational weekends thereafter

What We Offer:

Competitive salary of up to 23,000 EGP gross, including taxes and performance-based incentives (KPIs)

• Additional overnight allowance for hours worked after 10 PM
