Job Description

Teleperformance Egypt is seeking English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support global accounts via calls and chat at our New Cairo site.

Compensation & Benefits:

Net salary up to 19,000 EGP (including performance-based KPIs in Euro Equivalent) + Quarter bonus in Euro Equivalent.

Accounts with sales incentives

Paid training

Medical & social insurance

Transportation across Cairo & Giza - door to door for females after 11 PM.

Role Overview:

Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls or chat

Provide accurate information and effective solutions

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

University graduates

Fluent English / level B2 or above

Flexibility with rotational and night shifts
