Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Customer Support Agent (Voice & Non-Voice). The role involves assisting customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless support experience. The agent will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and representing the company's commitment to excellence in customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues
• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and building strong customer relationships
• Excellent Communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting and problem-solving efficiently and accurately
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to handle diverse customer needs and situations
• Professionalism and commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Proficiency in using customer support tools and technologies
• Experience in the BPO or customer service industry is an advantage
