The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing top-tier customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries, troubleshooting, and complaints.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management system.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in policies or procedures.
REQUIREMENTS- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the outsourcing or offshoring industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
