Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries from English-speaking customers, provide support by resolving issues, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, troubleshooting concerns, addressing customer inquiries, and documenting interactions accurately. You will also work closely with the team to ensure efficient communication and quick resolution of customer needs.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, with a focus on customer interaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and software, with solid computer literacy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus
