Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The role entails providing exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include collaborating within a team environment, documenting interactions, and adhering to all company policies and standards to ensure quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and time management to handle varying customer requests and priorities.
• Customer service experience and the ability to maintain a professional and client-focused approach in challenging situations.
• Fluency in English b2 or higher english level is a must
• Prior experience in the call center or outsourcing industry is an advantage.
