Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Team Leader based in Cairo. The Social Media Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading the social media team, developing marketing strategies, and driving social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility. Role responsibilities include overseeing content creation, monitoring campaign performance, coordinating with other departments to ensure goals are met, and staying updated on current social media trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Solid knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing to drive engagement and promote brand success.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
• Experience with social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Proven creativity and innovative thinking in developing successful marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
