Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
Encourage student attendance of the online classes and ensure students participation in the classrooms..
Deliver periodic reports to management with regard to each of the groups
Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
At least 1+ year experience in ESL instructing.
Perfect fluency & pronunciation.
TEFL,TESOL or CELTA certificates from a reputable institution is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
