English Language Instructor

This is a part-time remote role for an English Language Instructor. The primary responsibilities include teaching English to students through one-on-one virtual sessions, designing engaging lesson plans, and providing actionable feedback to enhance students language skills. Instructors will also support students by assisting with comprehension, writing, and strengthening their command of the English language. Collaboration with the Filo team to ensure high-quality service delivery is expected.

• Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills
• Experience in Education and curriculum development
• Strong Writing skills with the ability to deliver clear communication
• Ability to engage with students of varying skill levels and create a positive learning environment
• Prior experience teaching English or tutoring is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certifications are a plus
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with online teaching platforms
