Role Description

This is an on-site English Teacher role based in Cairo, Egypt. The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and ensuring students meet their academic goals. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching English language skills, assessing and evaluating student performance, and providing regular feedback to students and parents as needed. Collaboration with colleagues to sustain a high standard of education is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching, with expertise in delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons
• Skills in Lesson Planning and developing relevant, age-appropriate materials for diverse learners
• Background in the field of Education and Teaching with understanding of effective pedagogy
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications in English language education
• Experience in managing classrooms and creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
