Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior English Language Instructor at Guide Academy, located in Cairo, Egypt. The instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English language lessons, developing innovative teaching methods, and assessing student progress. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, mentoring less experienced instructors, and providing individualized support to learners. The instructor will also work closely with departments to align teaching strategies with the organization's customized training approach.
Qualifications
- Expertise in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and applied teaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Education programs tailored to learner needs.
- Strong ability in Writing and communication skills to enhance curriculum development and lesson delivery.
- Proven track record of supporting diverse learners and creating inclusive educational environments.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching or relevant educational experience.
- Strong organizational skills and a dedication to fostering student growth and success.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
