Role Description / Responsibilities:
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates via online channels (e.g., social media, professional networks)
Plan and conduct interview and selection processes (screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews)
Maintain and assess candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to role requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Qualifications:
BSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field from a reputable university
Fluent English is a must
1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
1+ year of offshore recruitment experience
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Solid knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Work Conditions:
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM 7:00 AM
Work Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
