About the Role:
As a key member of the recruitment team, you will manage the end-to-end selection lifecycle, ensuring we attract and onboard high-caliber talent that aligns with our partners strategic profiles and operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Conduct comprehensive job market research across Europe to identify and engage with high-potential candidates for various functional roles.
- Full-Cycle Selection: Manage the application database, analyze professional profiles, and conduct rigorous pre-selection assessments for both local and international applicants.
- Skills Validation: Objectively evaluate candidates linguistic proficiency, technical competencies, and soft skills essential for organizational success.
- Assessment Coordination: Design and execute structured selection activities, including technical testing, group dynamics, and professional interviews.
- International Mobility: Facilitate and oversee relocation support for candidates transitioning from abroad, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Process Optimization: Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative recruitment methodologies and data-driven solutions.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all recruitment activities strictly adhere to Corporate Policies, GDPR, and Global Essential Compliance (GECSP) standards.
Qualifications:
- Academic Background: Possession of a Higher Education Degree.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional European languages are highly regarded.
- Professional Experience: 6 months – 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection; prior exposure to international recruitment landscapes is a distinct advantage.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced navigation of digital recruitment platforms.
