Role Description The English Retail Account, wave 1 role is a full-time, rotational-based, on-site position based in Sheikh Zayed City. In this role, team members handle customer interactions in English for retail clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and providing accurate product and service information.

Qualifications

• B2 to C1 English IS A MUST.
• Customer service experience IS A MUST.
• Comfort working on-site in Sheikh Zayed City with flexibility for full-time rotational shifts.
• Customer handling skills IS A MUST.
• GRADS AND/OR DROPOUTS ONLY CAN APPLY.
• Prior experience in retail roles is preferred but not mandatory.
