Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in New Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer questions, troubleshooting basic issues, processing requests, and documenting all interactions in the appropriate systems. The role involves maintaining a high level of professionalism, following established procedures and scripts, and escalating complex cases when needed. The representative is expected to contribute to customer satisfaction and experience goals while meeting performance and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
• Ability to contribute to Customer Satisfaction through active listening, problem-solving, and timely resolution.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in enhancing Customer Experience across multiple communication channels.
• Understanding of the responsibilities and best practices expected of Customer Service Representatives.
• Prior customer service or contact center experience is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
