Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Speaker B2, located in New Cairo. The role involves responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance in English across various communication channels. The successful candidate will handle support tasks, maintain an excellent standard of service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company protocols are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities to resolve customer queries efficiently
• Basic technical skills to work with relevant software and communication tools
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and manage tasks in a dynamic environment
