This is a full-time on-site role for an English Speaker (Chat + Email) based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves addressing customer inquiries through chat and email, resolving issues effectively, and providing high-quality support. The candidate will also be required to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear and accurate information while adhering to company guidelines and timelines.

• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
