Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt. The representative will respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing an outstanding service experience. The role involves maintaining professional and friendly communication and collaborating with internal teams for effective problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven expertise in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring service excellence
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations effectively and remain solution-focused
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
