This is a full-time, on-site role for English Speakers (B2 Level) at TP Egypt, located in Cairo, Egypt. As a team member, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing solutions to their needs. The role requires ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns swiftly and professionally. You will also maintain accurate records of interactions and collaborate with teammates to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
• Customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple systems
• Interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with diverse customers
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
