Role Description This full-time, on-site English Customer Support Agent role is based in Cairo. The agent will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, guidance, and issue resolution in English. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in the customer support system, following established procedures, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role involves working morning shifts, maintaining high service quality, meeting performance targets, and adhering to company policies and service level agreements. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to share feedback, suggest improvements, and support continuous service enhancement is also expected.
