Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an English-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist, primarily based in Cairo. The specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the company's hiring needs. Key responsibilities include developing employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring compliance with recruitment best practices, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. While based in Cairo, the role allows for partial remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Strong skills in Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques
• Expertise in Employer Branding and strategies for enhancing company talent attraction
• Proficiency in Recruiting practices and candidate engagement
• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with strong self-management skills
• Previous experience working with multinational or agency settings is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
