Role Description This is a part-time, remote English Teacher role. The English Teacher will plan and deliver engaging online lessons that follow CEFR-aligned curricula for adults and young adults across the Middle East. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and materials, facilitating interactive activities, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback on assignments and assessments. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, communicating with learners in a professional and supportive manner, and participating in periodic training or meetings to align with 4level1's teaching standards. The teacher will use digital tools and learning platforms to create an inclusive, communicative, and learner-focused online classroom.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with a learner-centered, communicative approach.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including designing CEFR-aligned, outcomes-based lessons.
• Excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and support diverse learners.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Recognized English teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is highly preferred.
• Experience teaching English online or in blended/virtual environments, ideally with adult or young adult learners.
• Comfort using learning management systems, video-conferencing tools, and digital educational resources.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and teach across varied schedules and time zones.
