Job Purpose

Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students, focusing on the development of grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Main Duties

• Deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to a variety of student learning styles and abilities.
• Use a range of teaching methods, including direct instruction, group work, discussions, and the integration of digital tools to enhance language acquisition.
• Maintain an organized, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Plan and prepare lessons in alignment with the English curriculum designed by the Head of English Section.
• Incorporate literature, grammar, vocabulary, and composition activities to meet educational standards and learning objectives.
• Adapt lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of students, ensuring differentiated instruction.
• Develop, administer, and grade a variety of assessments (quizzes, exams, projects) to monitor student progress in English.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and improvement.
• Analyze assessment data to identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement, adjusting instructional strategies accordingly.
