Madinaty Integrated Language School. This position is perfect for a passionate educator ready to inspire young learners and lay a strong foundation in English language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver interactive and engaging lesson plans tailored for Kindergarten students, promoting early literacy skills through play and exploration
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and collaboration among students
- Assess and monitor student progress using various assessment tools, providing feedback to parents and caregivers to foster support at home
- Incorporate a variety of teaching resources and methodologies to address diverse learning styles and ensure all students can thrive
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians to build supportive relationships and encourage involvement in their children's education
- Collaborate with colleagues to participate in curriculum development and engage in professional learning opportunities
- Promote social and emotional development through positive guidance and support, addressing individual student needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Experience teaching in a Kindergarten or early years setting is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to create a child-centered, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Dedication to professional development and continuous improvement of teaching practices
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of phonics and literacy instruction
