Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Teacher at Step by Step Academy, located in Markaz Tanta. The English Teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, conducting classes, assessing student performance, and encouraging the development of language proficiency. The teacher will also maintain classroom discipline, foster an engaging learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and strong understanding of teaching methodologies
- Proven experience in Lesson Planning and creating effective classroom activities
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills to clearly convey concepts and foster student interaction
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for educating and inspiring students
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Prior teaching experience in an educational institution is advantageous
