The Conversationalists is a dedicated group of English teachers focused on empowering ESL learners to achieve fluency and confidence through innovative game-based learning. We offer a range of courses, including Regular Conversation, General English, and tailor-made Joker courses, all designed to meet students unique goals and needs. Courses are available both online and offline, in group settings or one-on-one, with each session lasting two hours across eight sessions per month. Our mission is to provide engaging and flexible learning experiences to help students thrive in English communication.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an English Teacher located in Ismailia, with the flexibility to work both in-person and remotely. The English Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, facilitating group discussions, providing feedback to students, and tailoring courses to meet diverse learning needs. Teachers will also work closely with the academic team to ensure students progress and satisfaction with the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies
• Experience in Lesson Planning and Education practices
• Strong Communication skills to engage and motivate students
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs
• Familiarity with both online and offline teaching tools and platforms
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience teaching English to non-native speakers is a strong advantage
