Location: Maadi

Shifts: Rotational (latest shift ends at 10 PM)

Salary: 11,000 14,000 EGP (based on English level)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Technical Support Agent specializing in voice and chat communication. The role involves offering technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, handling troubleshooting, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires clear communication and effective problem-solving to deliver excellent customer experiences and resolve technical issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and strong focus on driving Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Technical Support and competence in Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and resolve problems efficiently
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Knowledge of call center processes and familiarity with customer service software is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, if required
