Role Description The English Telesales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The agent will handle outbound and inbound calls in English to promote products and services, explain features and benefits, and convert leads into sales. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, identifying customer needs, and offering suitable solutions. The role involves maintaining detailed call records, following up on potential leads, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The agent will also participate in ongoing training, adhere to company scripts and guidelines, and cooperate with supervisors to continuously improve performance.

Job Description

We are looking for Telesales Advisors to join our UAE Market account. The role is focused on handling customer interactions, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

- Good command of English.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous telesales or sales experience is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

- Net Salary: 12,500 EGP/month

 - 10,000 EGP Basic

 - 2,500 EGP KPIs

- Commission up to 8,000 EGP

- Unlimited Cross-Sale Commission

- Daily Competitions: Up to 100 EGP/day, reaching up to 2,300 EGP/month

- Double Commission for top achievers on a quarterly basis.

- Social & Medical Insurance after successfully completing the 3-month probation period.

- Training salary: 70% of the regular salary.

Working Conditions

- Working Hours: 9 hours including 1-hour break.

- Shift: Fixed morning shift – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Days Off: 8 days off per month.

 - Sunday is fixed.

 - One additional rotational day.

- Salary Date: 5th day of every month.
