Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role in 5th Settlement Cairo, Egypt. The Travel Advisor will handle customer inquiries efficiently, travel plans, hotel reservations and provide high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential
- Flexibility to work in a rotational shifts condition (maximum 2 AM for females)
