EnglishLab is growing, and we are looking for qualified English language teachers to join our online teaching team.

We believe English education should be personalized and focused on measurable progress. Our teachers work with learners across all age groups, from young children to adults, adapting their teaching to meet the needs of each learner.

• What You Will Do

You will deliver well-planned and engaging online English lessons to learners across different age groups and proficiency levels.

A key part of the role is teaching children, teenagers, and adults, with the ability to adapt your teaching approach and classroom management to suit each age group.

You will tailor lessons to each learner's level, needs, and goals while supporting their development across the key areas of English.

You will also monitor learner progress, provide meaningful feedback, and maintain the high teaching standards expected at EnglishLab.

• What We Are Looking For

We are looking for teachers with:

1. A recognised CELTA qualification, preferably, or a TEFL qualification with a minimum C1 level of English proficiency.
2. An outstanding command of spoken and written English.
3. A proven track record of teaching English, either online or face-to-face.
4. Experience teaching different age groups, or a strong willingness to teach learners ranging from children to adults.
5. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
6. The ability to adapt lessons to different learners and proficiency levels.
7. Confidence using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
8. Most importantly, we want teachers who care about learner progress and take pride in the quality of every lesson.

Employment: Part-Time 4 hours a day from Saturday to Thursday
