Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to design and implement autonomous AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool orchestration, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration. The successful candidate will architect enterprise-grade AI ecosystems that integrate Large Language Models with business applications, knowledge bases, APIs, and workflow automation platforms on AWS.

• 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM / Agentic AI solutions in production
• Expertise in Python and enterprise cloud architecture
• Experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
• Strong understanding of LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, MCP, RAG, vector databases, and AI evaluation/observability
• Strong enterprise integration experience including APIs, event-driven architecture, data pipelines, and cloud platforms
• Experience working in security-conscious or regulated environments
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and make build-vs-buy and technology adoption decisions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with both technical teams and senior leadership

You will act as the technical lead for Applied AI, owning solution architecture, AI platform evaluation, agentic AI development, prototypes, engineering standards, and technical direction.

You will also mentor AI engineers, establish reusable AI architecture patterns, and work closely with Security, Data Governance, Legal, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready.
