Position Overview
iCademy Middle East is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Enrollment Counselor & Hub Administrator to support our Silicon Oasis Hub.
This position combines student enrollment responsibilities with hub administration. The ideal candidate will guide families through the enrollment journey while ensuring a professional and welcoming hub environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enrollment Counselor (75%)
- Engage prospective families through calls, written communication and in-person meetings to explain iCademy programs
- Support parents throughout the entire enrollment process from enquiry stage to student onboarding
- Conduct hub tours
- Manage fee collection and assist with payment and inquiries
- Support community events and activities
- Ensure timely collection of all compliance documentations
- Coordinate academic course placement
- Perform additional enrollment and administrative tasks as required
Hub Administrator (25%)
- Deliver exceptional customer service to students, families and other visitors/customers
- Assist the Hub Manager with administrative responsibilities including calls, walk-in inquiries, meetings, events, onboarding activities etc.
- Contribute to smooth daily operations and a positive hub experience
Role Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enrolment/admission, customer service or administrative roles (preferably in an educational or service-driven environment)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with customer information systems
- Strong English language proficiency
- Experience in a fast-paced business or educational environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce and PowerSchool
- Familiarity with IB and American curricula
- Experience in the international education sector
