As part of continued international expansion, the company is now investing in a senior Enterprise sales presence in the Middle East, with Dubai serving as the regional hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the new business enterprise sales strategy across the Middle East region
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close
- Engage with C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders across security, technology, digital, and risk functions
- Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Work closely with channel and technology partners to extend regional reach and influence deals
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer teams to deliver high-quality enterprise sales motions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and executive briefings across the region
Experience Required:
- Proven track record of enterprise new business sales within Cybersecurity
- Experience selling complex, technical solutions with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes within the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.)
- History of consistently achieving or exceeding quota in a high-performance sales environment
- Comfortable operating in a scale-up or high-growth vendor with evolving processes
- Fluency in English is also essential
The Offer:
- Base Salary : USD $150k (negotiable)
- OTE : USD $300k
- Remote Working
