The Role

We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to build and scale our Middle East enterprise business.

This is a quota-carrying, senior sales role focused on:

  • Selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Driving long-cycle, consultative enterprise deals
  • Positioning Rdash as a transformation platform not just software

You'll work closely with the founding team, solution leaders, and enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles
  • Engage CXOs, PMOs, and transformation leaders
  • Run discovery, solutioning, and deal structuring
  • Navigate procurement and enterprise buying processes
  • Build long-term strategic customer relationships
  • Close high-value enterprise deals

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who has:

  • 5-6 years of experience in enterprise sales or consulting
  • Exposure to construction, infrastructure, real estate, or large-scale operations
  • Experience selling complex or high-value solutions
  • Comfort working with senior stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • A consultative mindset (problem-solving over pitching)

Experience in any of the following is a strong plus:

  • Construction / Infra tech
  • ERP / Workflow / Asset / Finance platforms
  • Digital transformation programs
  • Enterprise SaaS or consulting

What This Role Is Not

  • Not an inside sales role
  • Not a transactional or volume-driven job
  • Not suited for early-career sales profiles

This role requires maturity, ownership, and the ability to operate in ambiguity.
