Job Purpose:
One of our clients is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture Director to join their team. The Enterprise Architecture Director will shape and guide the strategic direction of technology solutions within the organization. Ensuring that the enterprise architecture aligns with business goals, enhances operational efficiency, and drives digital transformation across the organization. The director will lead initiatives that establish robust, scalable infrastructure and effective governance frameworks that support organizational resilience and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the strategic development and execution of enterprise architecture frameworks and strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensure the IT strategy aligns with business objectives by analyzing processes and identifying technology enhancements.
- Oversee the design and implementation of a robust, scalable IT infrastructure that meets organizational needs.
- Develop strategies for integrating IT systems and applications to facilitate seamless communication and data flow.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while defining policies for data management and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand their needs and ensure architectural alignment.
- Continuously assess and improve enterprise architecture to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Document architectural decisions and communicate effectively to ensure stakeholder understanding and reference for future initiatives.
- Manage complex project portfolios, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture management.
- Strong background in strategic planning and project management.
- TOGAF certifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
