About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong banking domain expertise to lead the design and governance of our enterprise-wide technology landscape. This role ensures that systems align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and roadmap for banking operations.
- Align engineering initiatives with business goals, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation strategies.
- Establish architecture standards, policies, and governance models tailored to financial services.
- Collaborate with executives, risk/compliance teams, and technology leaders to ensure secure and compliant solutions.
- Evaluate emerging fintech and banking technologies (e.g., open banking APIs, digital payments).
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations (e.g., Basel III, PSD2, AML/KYC).
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in enterprise-level roles.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
- Proven experience in banking or financial services architecture.
- Familiarity with core banking systems, payment platforms, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud adoption in regulated industries.
