Enterprise Architect, VP

As an Enterprise Architect, you will support the definition and implementation of strategic target architectures and roadmaps for digital products, solutions, and services. You will provide technical guidance, resolve architectural impediments, and champion the adoption of architecture patterns and best practices. Working closely with business partners, solution architects, domain architects, and engineers, you will help drive the alignment of architectural standards and the adoption of modern practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the architecting of customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and sustainable digital solutions that align with the bank's strategic target architecture.
• Participate in design reviews for high architectural significance or high-risk programmes, escalating key decisions to senior architects or the Architecture Council.
• Promote the adoption of the bank's target architecture by educating stakeholders and delivery teams on modernising and optimising digital and data assets.
• Support the realisation of enterprise and solution architectures throughout the engineering development lifecycle.
• Monitor emerging technologies, identify opportunities and risks, and raise them with the Architecture Council for evaluation.
• Promote a DevOps mindset by embedding architecture guidance into CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to architecture capability development by mentoring, sharing knowledge, and participating in communities of practice.
