Job Description

Salesforce Enterprise Architect | Freelancing Contract

NOTE: Applicants who are a Freelancer or willing to accept the Freelancing contracts(with a valid Freelancing permit to work in Dubai) can only APPLY for this role.

Location: Onsite Dubai

Contract: 6-12 months (extension very probable)

Start: ASAP

Role Summary

IT Domain Architect responsible for end-to-end architecture of CRM systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and omni-channel integrations. The role aligns sales technology with enterprise architecture and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Sales & CRM domain architecture aligned with enterprise architecture
  • Lead architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrations with digital & omni-channel platforms
  • Drive scalable, secure, and future-proof sales technology solutions
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders (Sales, CRM, Marketing)
  • Leverage AI & process mining to optimize sales processes and customer/agent engagement

Must-Have Requirements

  • Architect must be an Enterprise Architect.
  • Must have knowledge of reference architectures/models and provide examples of applying those.
  • Strong domain expertise within the Sales business domain, with a proven track record in designing and delivering sales-focused solutions.
  • Recent hands-on Salesforce experience is mandatory, with a clear emphasis on Salesforce architecture; prior Salesforce development experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing omni-channel architectures.
  • Finance architecture experience is highly desirable and close to mandatory, given the nature and complexity of the domain.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM / Sales Cloud
  • Strong experience with system integrations & omni-channel architecture
  • Proven stakeholder management at senior level
  • Ability to clearly articulate recent professional achievements, including a concrete example that demonstrates measurable business value delivered. This discussion should be specifically framed within the Sales architecture context.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven sales insights or process mining
  • TOGAF 9 or TOGAF 10 certification (mandatory)
