Job Purpose:

To lead and maintain the enterprise architecture framework by aligning business strategy with technology capabilities and digital transformation initiatives. The role ensures the design of scalable, secure, and integrated architecture across all systems, while enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and evolve the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework aligned with business strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Develop and manage capability maps, value streams, and operating model alignment to support strategic objectives.
  • Define and document current-state (AS-IS) and target-state (TO-BE) architectures across business, application, data, and technology layers.
  • Build and manage transition roadmaps, including prioritization of initiatives and investment planning.
  • Oversee integration architecture across enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, GIS, identity systems, and external systems).
  • Ensure implementation of scalable and secure integration patterns, including API-first and event-driven architectures.
  • Support data, analytics, and AI enablement by ensuring architectural readiness and alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory standards (e.g., NCA, ISO 27001, PDPL).
  • Embed security-by-design and zero-trust principles into all architecture layers.
  • Review and evaluate vendor solutions, technical designs, and RFP submissions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Provide independent architecture validation, governance, and risk assessments for major initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in similar position.
