Role Overview
We are urgently looking for a Senior OpenText Documentum professional to design, develop, support, and maintain Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS). The role involves hands-on development, workflow configuration, enterprise integrations, and production support in a large-scale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development & Coding
- Design, develop, and maintain OpenText Documentum applications and systems
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in requirements analysis and system design discussions
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Workflow & ECM Solutions
- Design, configure, and maintain XCP and D2 workflows
- Support enterprise-level ECMS implementations
- Manage document lifecycle, metadata, and workflow automation
Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide support for enterprise applications including ECMS, Emtithal 360, and Digital Signature systems
- Handle dependency mapping, application logging, monitoring, and lifecycle notifications
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access control
- Ensure security compliance and governance standards
Technical Oversight & Integration
- Integrate Documentum with third-party systems and APIs
- Participate in impact analysis and deployment planning for production releases
- Support UAT, production deployment, and post-release activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and IT stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 11+ years of experience in OpenText Documentum
- Strong hands-on experience with XCP, D2, Webtop
- Experience supporting Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS)
- Knowledge of application security, permissions, and access control
- Experience in enterprise integrations and production environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Digital Signature solutions
- Exposure to government, banking, or large enterprise environments
- Experience working in onsite / offshore delivery models
